About Chihuahuas
Chihuahuas are tiny, long-lived (12–20 years) companion dogs with huge, often sassy personalities, weighing only 2–6 pounds.
They are loyal, alert, and ideal for small-space living. Known for being “divas” or very protective, they are often deeply devoted to one person and love to cuddle. They are intelligent, playful, and make excellent, alert watchdogs.
They require minimal exercise but are fragile, needing protection from cold, larger animals, and injury.
